But that's not all!  Next, you'll join the Waterford Spirits team as we make whiskey selections for our Private Barrel program.  And, you'll take home a bottle of gin made with the recipe of your choice!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a unique experience for any spirits lover, as well as a chance to put your mark on Waterford's whiskey program. We only have a dozen seats available, and we expect them to fill quickly—so don't delay in grabbing your tickets.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDancing Goat draws on three generations of experience in the spirits industry and was founded in 2016 in Cambridge, WI.  The Maas family chose Wisconsin as a location for the Dancing Goat as a homage to their ancestors and celebration of agriculture.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDancing Goat Distillery operates a 34,000-square -oot facility with 4 stills and 7,000 barrels in inventory aging in the state’s first open-air Kentucky-style rickhouse.
