Join Delafield-native Ashley Hausman, Master of Wine, for a deep dive into the history of Austrian winemaking told through the story of Salomon Undof, one of the oldest family wineries in the country. Founded in 1792, the family winery has been crafting Gruner Veltliner and Riesling on the terrasses of the Danube River for generations, making honest and traditional expressions of the varieties from some of the best vineyards in the Kremstal. Bert Salomon, the 7th generation, leads the estate.
