For the better part of this decade, California wine has quietly been in a stylistic revolution as a new generation of winemakers eschew the oaky, bombastic profiles that long predominated in favor of wines that show balance, acidity and a sense of place. This adventurous spirit embraces exotic grape varietals from off-the-beaten-path areas, making California one of the most exciting regions today. What better way to explore this revolution than by pairing wines from vanguard producers with a unique menu created by Executive Chef Andrew Miller. Please join us for a fun evening as we explore these new frontiers. A portion of the proceeds from the dinner will be donated to charities to help rebuild fire-ravaged wine country.
