Rosé – no longer your grandmother’s blush wine. Dry rosé is serious stuff: It drinks like a red wine but you chill it like a white. Is it the ultimate patio pounder? The best boat wine? Is it the gateway to delicious summertime refreshment for those of us who usually drink only red? Yes, it is all of these things and so much more.
And is there anything better to do on a sunny Saturday than sit back in the sun, relaxing in the park, sipping on some rosé and nibbling on some beautiful canapes? I think not! And this will be the first opportunity Milwaukee has to taste from the new menu at Birch!
Join us at our restaurant partner Birch on Saturday, May 8 from noon until 4 pm, where we will be glass-pouring a selection of our new favorite rosés and serving them up with canapes and snacks. The event is at Denim Park, which is right in front of Birch on 459 E. Pleasant (in case of rain, we’ll take the party inside!).
All rosé wines being poured as 3 oz. pours (about 2/3 regular restaurant size) for $3 a glass. If you want to make it a Rosé All Day adventure, you can!
