Get to Know This Product
Earth-led and quietly complex, this opens on sour cherry, red currant, and dried cranberry, threaded with forest floor, beet skin, and a faint smoky note that speaks to Tuniberg’s warmer, loess-influenced slopes. The palate is medium-light but firmly structured, with savory red fruit wrapped in fine, chalky tannins and a subtle iron-tinged earthiness that grounds the wine. Acidity remains fresh and balancing, drawing the finish long and dry with hints of tea leaf, clove, and dusty stone. A serious, restrained Baden Pinot that favors soil and structure over perfume, showing confidence without excess.
