The nose leans wild and living—crushed bramble, sour cherry skin, damp clay, and a faint whiff of cider apple and cellar air. On the palate it’s light-footed and nervy, redcurrant and tart plum carried on juicy acidity, with a gentle prickle of volatility and a whisper of stemmy bitterness that feels intentional rather than rustic.
