Pale coral in the glass, this feels immediately Mediterranean. The nose opens on wild strawberry, tart red cherry, and ruby grapefruit, edged with citrus blossom, dried herbs, and a faint saline breeze. On the palate it’s dry, bright, and quietly tensile, with red currant fruit carried by brisk acidity and a stony, sea-sprayed minerality. There’s a gentle lees-borne texture beneath the freshness, giving shape without weight. The finish is clean, savory, and thirst-inducing.
