A deeper, more inward Chinon, shaped by Pallus’ serious hand and quiet confidence. The nose leans into black cherry, cassis, graphite, and pencil lead, threaded with tobacco leaf, cedar, and iron-rich earth. On the palate, the fruit stays dark and composed, framed by crushed stone minerality, savory undertones, and a firm, linear structure. Tannins are present but finely etched, carrying the wine toward a long, restrained finish marked by mineral tension and cool, stony persistence. Thoughtful, grounded, and built for patience—very much a Pallus meditation.
