Graci Etna Rosso

A pure expression of Etna’s volcanic terroir and Nerello Mascalese, this opens with dried cherry, sweet herbs, and dried flowers, backed by a subtle earthy, smoky edge that reflects the iron-rich volcanic soils of Etna’s north-facing slopes. The palate is clean and finely balanced, layering wild cherry and herbal notes over lively acidity and a distinctly mineral core shaped by altitude and lava stone. Fermented and aged without oak influence, the wine stays transparent and fresh, carrying its volcanic signature through to a long, refreshing finish. A quietly expressive Etna Rosso that favors clarity, tension, and place over weight or embellishment.
