Winery notes:

"I belive that it is of great importance to create characteristic wines paired with elegance and balance which not only expresses the  uniqueness of the region but also bear my personal signature. My wines do not do not contain Sauvignon Blanc essence or any other obtrusive aromas which interfere with the natural flavour of the grapes. My wine philosophy definitely has its roots  in the vineyard: only healthy, organic and vital soil originates the necessary quality of the grapes.
"Complex bouquet, grapefruit, peach, hints of herbs, lively strucutred on the palate, dancing acidity, citric aromas and peppery finish, great length and animating on the palate. A very sophisticated wine for special moments!"
Critical acclaim:
"95 points. Amidst an essentially cool, soothing yeastiness on the nose there is an ethereal lift of mint and sage. The palate showcases that rich, textured and almost pithy yeastiness. Underneath that is an alluring saltiness and real, lasting freshness." - Wine Enthusiast
"95 points. Medium golden yellow with silver reflections. A fruity bouquet with ripe tropical fruit, background tobacco and blossom honey and a touch of Golden Delicious apple. Good complexity, taut, fine minerality, subtle herbal notes and white stone fruit on the finish. A complex food companion." - Peter Mosher, Falstaff
