With a blend of barrels aged between 3 and 12 years, this is a perfectly balanced sipper that's versatile and cocktail-friendly enough to take its rightful place as your go-to Irish whiskey. It's non-chill filtered and comes in at a soft and smooth 80 proof. 

On the nose and palate there are hints of vanilla & caramel, with a slight spice to the finish that really sets this apart from other Irish whiskies we've had.
