Red Line Bottled in Bond Bourbon Fall 2023

This is a super-limited release from Red Line. Wisconsin is one of only two states to get the first release of their bottled in bond bourbon, and we were able to snag the lion's share of the allocation for the state.
 
Red Line has been one of our most popular producers since their launch in the state last year. Father and son team of Taylor and Brad Morley are releasing some of the highest quality and most interesting whiskies we've tasted.
 
This bottled in bond (meaning it comes from a single distillery, in a single season, 100 proof, and aged at least 4 years) bourbon is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. On the nose it shows caramel and roasted hazelnuts, and the palate is exceptionally smooth with dried fruit, cedar, and baking spice forming the backbone of the flavor. There will never be another first batch of this whiskey, and it won't be around long. Stop by the shop to taste for yourself through the weekend (if it lasts that long).
