From Oddero, whose Barolo balances classical structure with an almost Burgundian transparency, to Aldo Conterno, where power, polish, and longevity meet in wines of commanding authority. From Bruna Grimaldi’s soulful, site-driven expressions to Trediberri, a new-generation estate translating family farming and Monvigliero fruit into wines of grace and lift. We’ll move north to Conterno-Nervi, where Nebbiolo speaks in cooler tones—iron, alpine herbs, and crystalline acidity—before returning south with Silvio Giamello’s deeply personal, traditionally minded Barolos. And we’ll explore Caparone, whose wines remind us that Nebbiolo’s story is not monolithic, but regional, human, and alive.
