Pomegranate aril and sour cherry water drift alongside hibiscus, orange blossom, and a flicker of fresh ginger root. There’s a distinctly mineral overtone—crushed marble and talc—that grounds the aromatics, keeping them precise rather than showy.
On the palate, the wine is feather-light yet incisive, driven by brisk acidity that feels etched rather than sharp. Fruit is subtle and translucent—red currant skin and quince peel—while non-fruit elements shape the experience: bay leaf, marjoram, pistachio skin, and a faintly bitter note reminiscent of gentian.
