Join us for an exceptional evening of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon with Tia Green, CSW, Central Regional Sales Manager for the PlumpJack Collection of Wineries, as she guides us through three of Napa Valley’s most distinguished Cabernet estates.
The evening will explore the history, philosophy, and remarkable pedigree behind PlumpJack Estate, Odette Estate, and CADE Estate—three properties united by an uncompromising commitment to Cabernet Sauvignon, yet each expressing a distinctly different vision of Napa Valley.
Founded in Oakville in the 1990s, PlumpJack Estate has become synonymous with polished, powerful Cabernet Sauvignon from one of Napa Valley’s most celebrated Cabernet appellations. The winery was the first estate in what would become the PlumpJack Collection and helped establish the foundation for the portfolio’s reputation for highly sought-after Napa wines.
Odette Estate brings us to the legendary Stags Leap District, a region renowned for producing Cabernet Sauvignon of extraordinary elegance, perfume, and finesse. Created as a complement to PlumpJack’s plush Oakville Cabernet and CADE’s powerful mountain wines, Odette was founded to showcase the graceful side of Stags Leap Cabernet—wines that combine richness and structure with remarkable refinement.
High above Napa Valley on Howell Mountain, CADE Estate represents the mountain expression of the collection. Established in 2005 at 1,850 feet, CADE produces Cabernet Sauvignon marked by the concentration, structure, and depth characteristic of high-elevation vineyards. Its estate Cabernet has become one of the defining expressions of Howell Mountain.
This is an opportunity to taste three expressions of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon from a single, highly respected collection, while exploring what makes each estate—and each appellation—so compelling.
