Marimar Estate Wine Seminar - (Delafield Only)

Perched in the western hills of the Russian River Valley’s Green Valley, the estate benefits from an especially cold, fog-influenced climate—one of the most distinctive expressions of the Russian River Valley. This extended, cool growing season allows Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to ripen slowly, developing complexity and aromatic intensity while retaining the freshness and balance that define great cool-climate wines.

We will explore these signature varieties alongside Marimar Estate’s Spanish heritage through wines from the Don Miguel and Doña Margarita vineyards, named in honor of Marimar’s parents and the family's enduring winemaking legacy. The estate also embraces Spanish varieties including Albariño and Tempranillo, creating an intriguing bridge between Old World tradition and California terroir.
