Winery Notes:

"Mineral Springs Ranch (MSR) is a 240-acre Biodynamic farm and vineyard in the heart of Oregon wine country. Mineral Springs Vineyard consists of 40 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay situated along the ridgeline of the property. The combination of respectful farming, ancient marine soils, and temperate climate, result in wines that are layered, nuanced, and captivating while expressing their singular origin of place.

"Soter Vineyards Estates Pinot Noir offers aromas of wild cherry pit, blueberry skins, and black pepper. Primary flavors of dark cherry, Oregon grape, and wild blueberry. Secondary flavors of fruit leather and brown baking spice. The finish is round with grippy tannins."

Critical acclaim

"94 points. Grace meets tension in this impeccably structured Pinot, which delivers cherry and brooding blueberry flavors that pick up accents of forest floor, river stone and dark, dusky spices. Concludes with medium-grained tannins." - Wine Spectator

"94 points. This shows aromas of red plums and dried wild strawberries with hints of chocolate orange, red licorice, dried flowers and crushed stones. Medium- to full-bodied, plush and complex with velvety tannins that are soft and lingering. Attractive core of ripe red fruit and a chocolaty finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification." - James Suckling
