Dancing Goat Gin Academy & Waterford Private Barrel Experience — Cambridge

We've had a great time visiting Dancing Goat to pick our Private Barrels over the years, and now you have a chance to join us for a one-of-a-kind experience at the Dancing Goat Distillery in Cambridge!

On Saturday, October 17th from 10 am - Noon, we're hosting our very first on-site Waterford Distillery Event.

We have a limited number of spaces available for you to to join Director of Distilling and Innovation Nick Maas and the Waterford Spirits team for a session of the acclaimed Dancing Goat Gin Academy. But that's not all!  Next, you'll join the Waterford Spirits team as we make whiskey selections for our Private Barrel program.  And, you'll take home a bottle of gin made with the recipe of your choice!

This is a unique experience for any spirits lover, as well as a chance to put your mark on Waterford's whiskey program. We only have a dozen seats available, and we expect them to fill quickly—so don't delay in grabbing your tickets.

Dancing Goat draws on three generations of experience in the spirits industry and was founded in 2016 in Cambridge, WI.  The Maas family chose Wisconsin as a location for the Dancing Goat as a homage to their ancestors and celebration of agriculture.

Dancing Goat Distillery operates a 34,000-square -oot facility with 4 stills and 7,000 barrels in inventory aging in the state’s first open-air Kentucky-style rickhouse. As a house of brands, the distillery proudly produces Death’s Door Gin, Dancing Goat Brandy, Travis Hasse pie liqueurs, Limousin Rye, and an ever-growing whiskey portfolio.

Please note that this experience takes place at the Dancing Goat Distillery located at 909 Vineyard Drive, Cambridge, WI. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. At checkout, select our Farwell Ave store as your "pick-up"  location.
