Event Details
Two wineries in one presentation: Jonata & The Hilt.
Jonata is the embodiment of land, soul, and people coming together for a common goal; to produce singular wines from a singular place. The name JONATA is an homage to the history of the region. Jonata translates to “Tall Oak” and is native to the local Chumash Indian tribe. The land was part of the 1845 Mexican land grant
of Rancho San Carlos de Jonata. Today, Jonata sits at the heart of the original land grant.
Jonata makes some of the highest-scored Bordeaux varietal wines in southern California. Join as we taste a selection of them.
In the far southwest corner of Sta. Rita Hills AVA lies a rugged, windswept, cold, and coastal estate, called The Hilt, home of the renowned Bentrock and Radian Vineyards. The Hilt Estate is the grower and producer of Bentrock and Radian Vineyards, producing stunning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay reflective of this dynamic corner of California.
Ticket price credited with a purchase, no cash value or free to Jonata / Hilt members. Significant discounts applied the night of the tasting.
