During the event, Deirdre will lead a guided tasting of four signature ciders, all crafted from organic "true cider apples" grown right at her orchard in Mineral Point, WI. Specifically bred by the English and French for fermentation, these varieties are packed with the tannins and acidity necessary to create a sophisticated, dry, and complex profile that stands out in the US marketplace.
