De La Boue (with the winemaker!) - Delafield

Join us for an intimate and engaging wine seminar featuring Travis Todd, founder and vigneron of de la boue, as he shares his passion for crafting expressive, terroir-driven wines from Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

This special evening offers a unique opportunity to taste through a thoughtfully curated lineup of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, including both Willamette Valley selections and distinctive single-vineyard expressions.

De la boue began as a passion project in 2019 with just 150 cases and has since grown to 2,500 cases. Travis farms his 5-acre organic vineyard, produces the wines himself, and partners with respected growers for additional fruit. 

Throughout the evening, Travis will guide guests through his winemaking philosophy, vineyard sources, and the nuances that define each wine, offering a deeper understanding of these compelling bottlings.
